Cycling & Walking Holidays. This is a mountainous area with good cycling & walking along tracks through the olive groves up onto the hills and mountains. There is a river and reservoir at the bottom of the valley and the scenery is much greener than on the coast. Several Spanish ramblers clubs walk past the house.
Sightseeing Holidays. This area of Spain is quite historical with numerous historic cities within easy travelling distance, not least Cordoba, Granada, Jaen. Main attractions are Alhambra & Generalife and Mezquita Mayor. There are numerous fiestas throughout the year including our local fiesta in May.
House Hunting. If you are in Spain looking at houses this could be a good central base from which to do this.
